Southwest flyers took to Reddit to express their grievances about the missing food and beverage service during short-haul flights in California.

While Southwest has 52 skycap locations, only 10 were not contractor-serviced before this change. In place of their remaining skycaps, Southwest will contract the service out to a third-party company.
