The family of the man accused of attacking a group of people Sunday with Molotov cocktails and a makeshift flamethrower has been taken into ICE custody and are being processed, a DHS official confirmed to CNN Tuesday.

The family of the Egyptian national charged with tossing gasoline bombs at a pro-Israeli rally in Colorado was taken into federal custody on Tuesday and could be quickly deported, officials said.
