Groves, 28, was taken into custody at a residence on Honeysuckle Lane SW by the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force, with help from Atlanta Police and Clayton County officers. Groves blew kisses to the camera as he was placed into a patrol car.
