With a touchdown catch on Sunday night, Eagles receiver DeVonta Smith started a new club of players drafted from Alabama who scored touchdowns in the Super Bowl.

Smith became only the fifth player in history to have won the National Championship, Heisman Trophy, and Super Bowl, per Charlie Potter of On 3 Sports. He followed the footsteps of legends Tony Dorsett, Marcus Allen, Charles Woodson, and Reggie Bush.

DeVonta Smith finally broke the odd bit of history on Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs. The Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver accomplished the milestone in Super Bowl LIX, hauling in a 46-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Jalen Hurts with 2:40 left in the third quarter.
