In the fast-paced world of college basketball, few players capture the imagination of fans quite like Duke’s Cooper Flagg. From the moment he stepped onto the court at Cameron Indoor Stadium, the young forward has exceeded every lofty expectation set before him.

Duke Blue Devils forward Cooper Flagg has put together a freshman season to remember. Heading into Monday night’s matchup against Wake Forest, Flagg had Duke ranked No. 2 in the AP Poll and was averaging 19.3 points, 7.6 rebounds, 4.1 assists, and 1.6 steals per game—leading the team in all four categories.

Cooper Flagg finished with 28 points as his parents watched from the crowd, and he scored 18 of those points in the second half. He was saying “run it back” after the game, but this was more than likely his last Duke home game, and he went out with a bang.
