Matt Rife and Elton Castee have purchased the Monroe, Conn. home of Ed and Lorraine Warren, who inspired Warner Bros' 'The Conjuring' franchise.

Matt Rife said he bought the haunted home and museum of famed paranormal researchers Ed and Lorraine Warren, who are associated with 'The Conjuring' universe.

C omedian Matt Rife and YouTuber Elton Castee have purchased the home of the haunted Annabelle doll. The building that houses the spooky doll is located in Monroe, Connecticut.
