An Arizona judge has unsealed a declaration that social media influencer Emilie Kiser wrote about her son's drowning death.

Emilie Kiser said the "graphic details" of her son's drowning were not necessary for anyone to see in an unsealed court filing.

Influencer Emilie Kiser reflected on the death of her and husband Brady Kiser’s 3-year-old son, Trigg, in a now-public declaration from May. Emilie called the drowning incident "the most severe and emotional event I have ever experienced” in a plea to the Arizona Superior Court of Maricopa County.
