After months of rumors and leaks, and teases by Samsung itself, the company might finally be ready to showcase its next wearable: its long-awaited smart glasses. And they could be revealed alongside the Samsung Galaxy S25 in early 2025.

The Galaxy S25 series, including the S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra, has appeared on the FCC website, confirming key specs.

Samsung could finally showcase its XR smart glasses alongside the Galaxy S25 series in January. The XR device will supposedly be lightweight, resemble regular glasses, and possibly use Qualcomm's AR1 chipset. A developer platform for Samsung's AR glasses may debut soon, but the wearable itself might not launch before Q3 2025.

Of course it'd be amazing if Samsung chose now to enter the drone marketplace. It is a world where the best camera drones have long been dominated by one company – DJI – and that company might have some serious concerns in 2025, the year the Samsung S25 Ultra phone is named after.
