Justin Jefferson is ready to help Jordan Addison stay out of trouble after Addison was benched for the first quarter of Sunday's win.
Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison did not take a single snap in the first quarter of the team's Week 5 London matchup against the Cleveland Browns, yet returned to catch the game-winning touchdown in the 21-17 victory.
In Minnesota, that week off can always be a bit worrisome with players off doing their own thing. Jordan Addison was recently benched for a quarter due to his decisions in London. He hasn’t been known to always make the best choices, but it sounds as though he’ll be locked in during the bye week.
Last week, Addison started and played 96 percent of the offensive snaps. He caught four passes for 114 yards on eight targets. On his biggest play of the day — an 81-yard catch and run — Addison was somehow chased down and tackled short of the end zone by Steelers linebacker Payton Wilson.
