Dominican Republic lift surveillance on man connected to missing student, retains passport
WASHINGTON (7News) — Dominican Republic authorities will no longer keep Joshua Riibe under police surveillance but won't return his passport as officials investigate the disappearance of Loudoun County, Virginia woman Sudiksha Konanki, ABC News reports.
