LAKELAND, Fla. - A Florida woman, Briana Boston, 42, was arrested after allegedly threatening her health insurance provider, Blue Cross Blue Shield, over denied medical claims. Boston made the threat during a phone call on December 10th.

A Lakeland woman who police say was upset over a denied insurance claim was arrested after police say she made threats against Blue Cross BlueShield.

Boston allegedly contacted Blue Cross Blue Shield that same day about recent medical insurance claims she'd been denied. “Near the end of the call, Boston stated in sum and substance, ‘Delay, deny, depose. You people are next,'” according to the affidavit. The phone call was allegedly recorded.
