The cross-border operation struck nine sites “from where terrorist attacks against India have been planned and directed”

In a show of intent, India launched a series of targeted military strikes under Operation Sindoor, marking a significant response to the recent terror attack in Pahalgam that killed 26 civilians, including many tourists.

India has carried out precision strikes on Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), targeting terror hubs in Muridke, Kotli, Muzaffarabad, and Bahawalpur. According to the Indian Army, ‘Operation Sindoor’, has been initiated to strike multiple terrorist infrastructure located in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
