SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – The Savannah Bananas hosted their 2026 Banana Ball City Selection Show on Thursday, revealing where they will be headed next year and two new teams they will face.
One of the unique aspects for the Bananas is they're hitting small towns and big venues like Yankees Stadium and Wrigley Field for a second straight year. Banana Ball League owner Jesse Cole’s "Fans first" vision has grown into an instant sensation. Here's a look at which college football stadiums will host the biggest thing in sport right now.
The Savannah Bananas, the adventurous, yellow-clad exhibition baseball team, will reveal their 2026 schedule Thursday night. The "2026 Banana Ball City Selection Show" is slated to air at 6:30 p.m. ET on ESPN2, Disney+, ESPN+ and the Banana Ball YouTube channel.
For the first time the Party Animals will be the home team at three major league stadiums in Milwaukee, Detroit and Cleveland without the Bananas. They will also be the home team at their first ever football stadium without the Bananas, playing on the blue turf at Boise State.
Banana Ball is about to be bigger than ever, adding new teams to the Banana Ball league and visiting 45 states, including in Oregon.
The Savannah Bananas announced they will play two games in Knoxville in 2026, including at Neyland Stadium on May 23 against the Texas Tailgaters.
The Savannah Bananas and Banana Ball are bringing back the Indianapolis Clowns. The Clowns are set to play the Party Animals at Victory Field on May 15 and 16, according to the organization.
