As the trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs closed out it's first week, lawyers for the music mogul revealed they will accuse Cassie of "domestic violence."

Sean “Diddy” Combs committed “domestic violence” in his relationship with one of the accusers expected to testify at his sex trafficking trial, the hip-hop mogul’s lead attorney told a federal judge Friday.

The trial should remain on schedule after the defense suggested that the final 12 jurors and six alternates could ask to be excused after spending a weekend contemplating a role in a major celebrity's fate.
