A heavy police presence was reported near Spring High School Monday morning after a Spring ISD student was shot during a physical altercation involving juveniles, according to officials with the school district.

SPRING, Texas - A 17-year-old student was injured in a shooting near Spring High School on Monday morning, officials say. According to the Harris County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office, the teen was shot multiple times and taken to the hospital in unknown condition. The district confirmed that he is a student at the high school.
