KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Tennessee women's basketball has placed in the Associated Press Top 25 Poll, receiving its first ranking of the season Monday afternoon. The Lady Vols placed No. 19 after going unranked for 26 weeks straight, the program's longest-ranking drought in history.

Tennessee is back in the AP Top 25 after the longest drought in program history. The Lady Volunteers had been absent since Nov. 27, 2023, but a win over Iowa on Saturday earned them the No. 19 spot this week.
