A federal judge is set to consider on Monday whether to extend an order blocking President Donald Trump's plan to bar foreign nationals from entering the United States to study at Harvard University.

The university is hoping for a broad court order that would keep the White House from using workarounds to prevent foreign enrollment.

The hearing on whether to indefinitely block President Trump's June 4th proclamation on Harvard's international students is scheduled in federal court in Boston.
