Plane registered to Houston company crashes in Maine: FAA reports
A plane appearing to be registered to a Houston-based company crashed while taking off from an airport in Maine Sunday evening.
The attorney wife of an elite Texas law-firm partner, an event planner and a pilot who joined the company less than a year ago were among six killed at Bangor International Airport in Maine Sunday.
Tara Arnold was one of the passengers reportedly killed in the deadly crash.
The pilot of the plane that crashed at Bangor International Airport has been identified as the first of the six victims who were on board. The National Transportation Safety Board confirmed that there had been a fatal incident at the airport on Sunday (January 25) at around 19:45 local time.
Boeing warned plane owners in 2011 about a broken part that contributed to last year's UPS cargo plane crash that killed 15 people, but at that time the plane manufacturer didn't believe it threatened safety,

"According to the flight manifest there were six people on the flight. No one from the incident was transported to the hospital, and all on the flight are presumed to be deceased.
