ACCESS Shelter has received a $1.25 million grant through the Bezos Day 1 Families Fund (a charity started by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Bezos). The shelter is using the funds to expand its footprint by 80 percent and provide wraparound services to women and children in need.
