There's been plenty of excitement with the Chicago Bears hiring Ben Johnson as their new head coach, and rightfully so. Johnson led a top-five Detroit Lions for the past couple of seasons, and he's the perfect guy to help develop quarterback Caleb Williams.

Jared Goff knows the Bears are getting a good one in Ben Johnson Over the last three years working with Johnson, Goff has averaged 4,547 yards, 32 touchdowns and 10 interceptions per season, and he was never better than he was during the 2024 season,

The lingering question in Detroit is whether Dan Campbell's club can withstand the brain drain from the coaching staff. Outgoing offensive coordinator Ben Johnson has no such reservations about the club he's leaving.
