Matthew Stafford is sticking around on a restructured deal with the Rams after he turned down a reportedly even bigger offer from the Giants.

Matthew Stafford might’ve not been with the Los Angeles Rams after numerous reports of him leaving in free agency. Once Stafford agreed to a contract with the Rams, it was a done deal. However, the New York Giants were poised to make an offer for Stafford.

Stafford was scheduled to make $26 million in 2025 on a four-year, $160 million contract that was set to expire after the 2026 season. The Giants, the Post confirmed, did come up to between $90-100 million in guaranteed money on a two-year deal for Stafford. The Raiders were also there.
