(KNX 1070) — The city of Santa Ana is taking a page from the past as it launches a 21st century light rail project. Mike Landa reports.

Beginning at 10 p.m. Friday, the I-405 will be reduced to three lanes in each direction from Wilshire to Sunset Blvd., according to Caltrans District 7. This will go on until 5 a.m. on Sept. 22.
