Police arrested a 14-year-old boy on Wednesday for allegedly stabbing another teenager at an immigration protest in downtown Angeles last week.

Some type of scuffle broke out, and one person — likely a student — wound up on the ground, bleeding from an apparent stab wound, according to video from the scene.

Immigration protests have now reached their second week in downtown Los Angeles as more demonstrators gathered on Sunday to denounce President Trump's immigration policies.

The large group, calling for a National Day of Action, could be seen through aerial footage walking in the middle of Spring Street, moving along to block an intersection at Chick Hearn Court and 11th Street all the while waving Mexico flags and carrying protest signs.

The victim, a 17-year-old boy, is in critical condition after Friday's stabbing. Hundreds of students have been walking out of class to join the protests.
