Scotland have now won each of their last three Six Nations matches against Wales, as many as in their preceding 19 Championship meetings (L16). It’s their longest run against Wales since another three-game streak between 1989 and 1991 in the Five Nations.

Scotland treated Murrayfield to a show in its last home Six Nations game and gave Wales a record-extending 16th consecutive defeat by 35-29 on Saturday. Scotland equaled its highest score against Wales from 1924 and 2023.

Blair Kinghorn was caught on the big screen here throwing up during his player-of-the-match performance. And if Wales’s extraordinary late comeback had proven successful then it is very likely that many of the full-back’s countryfolk would have followed suit.
