Jamie Campbell Bower does do the Vecna voice, yes. And if you ask me to do it, I'm gonna say no. But yes, the Vecna voice was born out of lockdown. But also, I was going through references for the show. and stumbled upon was Hellraiser. that you'd see and you'd be like, oh my God, what is that? like this is where it's gonna come from for me.

As seen in Stranger Things season 5, Volume 1's ending, Will can acquire immense power through the hive mind. That said, Volume 2 shows how the powers can be directly used on Vecna himself, like when Will prevents Vecna from killing Max and Holly. Teaming up with El and Kali could be the only way to kill Vecna for good.
