US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi are set to meet on the sidelines of an ASEAN meeting. The US and China disagree on a range of issues from trade, Taiwan to Russia's war in Ukraine.

Rubio and Wang's first face-to-face meeting since US President Donald Trump returned to office comes as Washington and Beijing are locked in disputes on everything from trade and fentanyl to Taiwan and technology.
