West Ham are poised to sign Finland international Eva Nystrom. The 25-year-old hopes to complete her move to London next week, ending a four-year stay at Swedish club Hammarby. The centre-back would become West Ham's first signing of the January transfer window and fills a position that was a priority for manager Rehanne Skinner.
