In prior Java 101 articles, I referred to the concepts of redirection, standard input device, and standard output device. To demonstrate inputting data, several examples called System.in.read().
Some can even use our breath as an input method. Output devices can turn text into speech for people with visual difficulties or speech into text for people with hearing difficulties.
Once you do so, you’ll see a listing of all of your Mac’s input and output devices. You can then easily switch between those devices with a mere mouse click.
