After 15 years of giving away nearly $300 million in prize money, Danielle Lam of Publishers Clearing House has seen just about every possible reaction from sweepstakes winners.

Lam and Guja flew to Sioux Falls from New York this weekend to deliver a $4.9 million prize to Steffes, who has entered the Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes at least once a day for over a decade.
