Storyline: Fairy Tail is about a guild of wizards, while Edens Zero is about space explorers searching for the “Mother” of the universe.

Konami has announced a collaboration between 3D action RPG EDENS ZERO and FAIRY TAIL 100 YEARS QUEST, connecting the two universes created by manga author Hiro Mashima.

Fairy Tail may be over for the time being, but Hiro Mashima hasn’t published his last page. These days, the artist is working on a sequel to Fairy Tail along with a new series known as EDENS ZERO.

Over on social media, the man behind EDENS ZERO and Fairy Tail challenged fans to find all of his special easter eggs. “Thank you for this week’s reception,” the artist wrote on Twitter.

Edens Zero Season 2 anime is set to come out this year, and an anime adaptation of Fairy Tail: 100 Year Quest is also announced.
