CHICAGO - A 15-year-old boy was found shot to death inside a home on the city's South Side around midday on Tuesday, police said. The boy was found unresponsive inside the residence in the 6700 block of South Parnell Avenue in the Englewood neighborhood around 11:33 a.m. He had a gunshot wound to the head.
