AAA of Western and Central New York released its latest round of gas prices as cold air and heavy snows loom across the area. According to the organization, gas prices in the Watertown area made a three-cent jump from last week.

The price is 8 cents more than this time last month and 11 cents more than a year ago, according to the group.
