According to ESPN's Shams Charania, Jimmy Butler could emerge as a legitimate target for the Warriors front office ahead of the Feb. 6 trade deadline. The Miami Heat are reportedly open to the idea of trading away their veteran forward, with Butler being open to a deal that would send him to the Bay Area.

According to Shams Charania, the Warriors are interested in three members of the Brooklyn Nets roster: Cam Johnson, Dennis Schroder and Dorian Finney-Smith. Each member of the trio could add upside to the Warriors' rotation and potentially add an additional punch as Kerr narrows down his primary rotation.

According to Shams Charania in ESPN, the Heat are open to trading Butler if the proposal is right. His agent, Bernie Lee, expressed in league circles that he was open to the Dallas Mavericks, Houston Rockets, Golden State Warriors and Suns.
