Delhi Capitals (DC) were hit by a big blow on Sunday (March 9) as Harry Brook pulled out of IPL 2025. The right-handed batsman joined DC for Rs 6.25 crore in the IPL 2025 mega-auction. DC had bought him for IPL 2024 as well but he pulled out.

The England youngster will now face a two-season ban from the IPL, according to Clause 6 of the IPL Player Regulation 2025-27, which states that any player who makes himself unavailable before the start of the season after being picked in the auction will be banned for two seasons.
