Mark Lazarus, the prospective Chief Executive Officer of "SpinCo," Comcast’s planned spin-off of select cable television networks, today announced additional appointments to the future senior leadership team of SpinCo.

Comcast has announced additional appointments to the planned leadership team at SpinCo, the publicly traded company that will include USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel,

Val Boreland will become president of entertainment at the new venture, comprised of most of the company's cable channels.
