Sioux City native Shelby Houlihan claimed gold at the 2025 USA Track and Field Outdoor Championships in Oregon with a time of 15:13.61, qualifying for her first U.S. Outdoor team since 2019. Houlihan’s impressive return continues five months after winning silver in the 3000m race at the World Indoor Championships.
