Red Wings' 2018 pick joins fourth NHL organization
Alec Regula, a Detroit Red Wings third-round pick in 2018 (67th overall), has joined his fourth NHL organization after being claimed Wednesday off waivers by the Edmonton Oilers from the Boston Bruins. The 6-4, right-shooting, puck-moving defenseman from West Bloomfield, Mich., hasn’t play this season due to a knee injury suffered in the offseason.
