GULF SHORES, Ala. -- A 43-year-old Alabama man was arrested for the hit-and-run of a 77-year-old Minnesota woman in Gulf Shores. According to the Gulf Shores Police Department, Gusatvo Licona-Hernandez, from Calero, is charged with Failure to Report an Accident with Serious Injuries -- a felony.
