Tyler Herro didn't hold back when asked if he spoke to his former teammate Jimmy Butler in his return to South Beach.

Jimmy Butler joined the Golden State Warriors after leaving the Miami Heat in February. His return to Miami with the Warriors, sans Steph Curry, saw the Heat clinch a 112-86 win. Butler's former teammates Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo delivered standout performances.

As Bam Adebayo led the team with 27 points, Tyler Herro was also solid at 20 points on seven of 10 shooting from the field to go along with seven assists and three rebounds. He would say to ClutchPoints after the game that “regardless of who comes in,” the team needs the same energy that was displayed Tuesday.
