A North Philadelphia man accused of fatally shooting the mother of his child has been arrested after a multi-agency manhunt, the U.S.

Two teenage boys, ages 14 and 15, were injured in a shooting Tuesday night in North Philadelphia, police said. The shooting, which happened shortly after 7 p.m. at the corner of 24th Street and Cecil B.
