Cannondale is closing its Connecticut HQ. US operations will be consolidated with Santa Cruz and Cervélo, two brands owned by Pon.Bike.

Cannondale, the iconic U.S. brand based for more than five decades in Connecticut, is on the move. The brand’s owner, PON Holdings, is closing Cannondale’s longstanding Wilton, Connecticut office.

The storied brand will consolidate most operations to Europe with a satellite west coast office, ending a historic chapter.
