The Super Bowl logo conspiracy theory has it that the colours of each year's logo predict which teams will make it to the final. This worked out two years in a row with LA Rams vs Bengals in Super Bowl LVI (orange and yellow) and Eagles vs Chiefs in Super Bowl LVII (green and red).

Conspiracy theories arise when one team seems to consistently get favorable calls or continues winning. This has recently been the Chiefs, who have gone to seven straight AFC championships and five of the last six Super Bowls including this year against the Eagles.

For the first two years of the new generation of Super Bowl logos, the colors on the logo have lined up with the game’s eventual matchup — Bengals vs. Rams and then Chiefs vs. Eagles. That streak only ended last season when the Ravens lost to the Chiefs in AFC title game, but we came awfully close to three in a row.
