OZ Trails announced this week plans for a chairlift-served downhill mountain bike park in Bella Vista near Bentonville that will feature more than 20 miles of gravity trails.

The Chaffee Housing Trust (CHT) held an open house for their new homes at 747 West Third and M Streets in late January.
