Marcus Rashford made his first debut for Barcelona in a 3-1 friendly win against Vissel Kobe in Japan. The 27-year-old, who has joined the Catalan club from Manchester United on a season-long loan, was introduced at half-time before being withdrawn after 78 minutes.

League side Vissel Kobe in Japan on Sunday, coming on as a substitute.The English forward joined the Spanish champions on loan from boyhood club Manchester United this week and was thrust into action against Kobe in the second half.

The Englishman was more inclined to hug the touchline compared to the Brazilian, who often slid inside and helped Barça form a box midfield to overwhelm Vissel Kobe centrally. Rashford also moved infield but rarely had the chance to receive possession on the back foot and drive at the Vissel defense.
