A fatal Tesla Cybertruck incident in Piedmont is being investigated by the National Highway and Traffic Safety Administration and California Highway Patrol after three Piedmont high school graduates died and another was hospitalized.

Three people were killed and another was hospitalized after a Tesla Cybertruck crashed in Piedmont on Wednesday, according to authorities.

Three people are dead after the Tesla Cybertruck they were riding in hit a tree and retaining wall in Piedmont, California.

Three young individuals – since identified as Soren Dixon, Jack Nelson, and Krysta Tsukahara by the City of Piedmont – were pronounced dead at the scene. The person pulled from the Cybertruck suffered burns and was taken to an area hospital in critical condition but has not been identified. Their current condition is unknown.
