“Another day, another recall ” might be an understatement as food safety concerns mount this holiday season. Costco’s Kirkland brand eggs and a large batch of cucumbers are the latest items to face recalls due to potential salmonella contamination.

Cucumbers sold to Costco, Walmart, Wegmans and Albertsons have since been recalled for possible contamination with salmonella.

Cucumbers have been recalled across the country because of salmonella contamination. At least 68 people have fallen ill in 19 states.
