A whirlwind NBA draft and the week leading up to it are done. And before the 2025 free-agency period has even started, the landscape of the league has already shifted dramatically from where it was in 2024-25.

Day 2 of the 2025 NBA Draft tipped off with trades at the top of Round 2 with the Phoenix Suns moving up to the No. 31 pick to target Rasheer Fleming. Plenty of trades were made, notably with the No. 36 selection, which moved among four teams on Thursday before the Los Angeles Lakers finally selected a player.
