That was one of several cheers that echoed through Avenida Plaza Sunday at a watch party supporting the University of Houston Cougars. Houston beat Tennessee 69-50 to punch their ticket to the Final Four in the NCAA Tournament.

The Houston Cougars have now won 17 consecutive games, the longest active winning streak in college basketball in the nation. Houston will face Duke in the Final Four.

Houston started its March Madness run with a victory over SIUE. The real challenge began in the next round, and the Cougars got a fight from eight-seed Gonzaga. The Bulldogs aren't your typical eight-seed, and they almost knocked off Houston.

The Final Four will be a heavyweight battle after a chalky NCAA Tournament, but not all of the top seeds are created equal.

It's been 17 years since this scenario played out in March Madness, following wins by Duke, Auburn, Houston and Florida.

NCAA Tournament Final Four is set. For the first time since 2008, that group includes each region's No. 1 seed -- Duke (East), Houston (Midwest), Florida (West) and Auburn (South). Those four teams contending for a national title shouldn't come as a surprise.
