Week 5 of the 2025 NFL season kicked off with an overtime showdown between the 49ers and Rams on Thursday night. San Francisco secured the 26-23 win after stopping Los Angeles running back Kyren Williams on fourth-and-1 on the 11-yard line.

Stefon Diggs got his revenge against the Bills and Trevor Lawrence continued to show it's OK to be lucky, while Aaron Glenn hasn't had the same fortune with the Jets and Saquon Barkley hasn't been the same player this year.

After a rock-solid performance last week, Stroud and the Texans’ offense played well again on Sunday. The young QB hit on 23 of 27 passes for 240 yards and four TDs versus the Ravens. He oversaw a total team effort in Week 5 as Houston obliterated a banged-up Ravens team to the tune of a 44-10 win.

So I'm supposed to be giving you some picks for Week 6 right now, but before that can happen, I need to make sure that CBS Sports hasn't banned me from making picks after what happened in Week 5.  I had my worst week of the season and it wasn't close.
