Actor Noel Clarke has lost his High Court libel case against the publisher of The Guardian, over a series of news articles which featured claims from a number of women. The first article, published in April 2021, said some 20 women who knew Clarke in a professional capacity had come forward with allegations of sexual misconduct.

Noel Clarke, who rose to fame in the early 2000s, has lost his libel case against Guardian News and Media (GNM), and a High Court judge ruled that he
